The Company
PennText Publishing & Print is a full-service commercial printing operation based at 520 Lincoln Avenue in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. We produce business cards, menus, brochures, legal documents, annual reports, course packets, direct mail, banners, apparel, and everything in between — for businesses, schools, nonprofits, law firms, restaurants, and organizations throughout Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and northern Delaware.
We use the word "publisher" deliberately. A printer executes a job. A publisher thinks about your brand, your audience, and what your printed materials are supposed to accomplish. That distinction is the foundation of how we work.
David Massimini
David Massimini brings 35 years of commercial print industry experience to PennText. He has worked across every segment of the business — production, client services, equipment, and operations — and has seen the industry change dramatically across three decades of technological evolution. He knows what good print looks like, what causes jobs to go wrong, and how to get complex projects done on tight timelines.
When you call PennText, you are talking to someone who has been doing this for 35 years. Not a customer service script. Not an online ticket queue. Someone who can look at your project, tell you what it needs, and make it happen. That is the core of what we offer and it is not something you can replicate with a website form and a warehouse in another state.
Dave has built relationships with clients who call him first — not because they have to, but because working with someone who knows your job saves time, prevents mistakes, and produces better results. That is the kind of publisher relationship we are building here.
Our Equipment
Our production floor includes the Konica Minolta AccurioPress C3070 — a commercial-grade digital press capable of high-volume, high-quality color and black-and-white output. This is the same class of equipment used by major regional print operations serving enterprise clients. It gives us the production capacity to handle large runs, tight deadlines, and exacting color requirements that smaller operations cannot match.
We are adding a refurbished Konica Minolta AccurioPress C3070 to our fleet — expanding our capacity for rush production, larger volume jobs, and the kind of same-day turnaround that our clients increasingly depend on.
Who We Serve
Corporate clients in West Chester, Malvern, and King of Prussia who need a reliable print partner for recurring work. Restaurants in Phoenixville, Downingtown, and Exton who need menus that look as good as their food. Law firms across Chester County who cannot afford a missed deadline or a wrong document. Academic departments at area colleges who need course packets ready before the semester starts. Nonprofits in Coatesville and Kennett Square who need professional materials on a real budget. Real estate agents throughout the region who need listings that make properties look their best.
And increasingly — businesses in Media, Newtown Square, Wilmington, Newark DE, and communities across our full service area who are looking for a print partner that answers the phone and knows what they are doing.
Your Local Publisher
Small businesses in Chester County do not need another vendor to juggle. They need someone who handles print the way a publisher handles an author — understanding the purpose, protecting the brand, flagging problems before they become expensive, and delivering something worth putting in front of a customer.
That is what we are building at PennText. It starts with business cards. It does not stop there.
